Heart Space: Los Angeles - Endometriosis, PCOS and Our Mental Health

Heart Space is a healing circle that provides a space for Black folks to decompress and connect in a supportive space for community to explore self-regulation, stress management techniques, and collective support.

Join us for an intentional gathering centering Black folks navigating endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids. The impact often is more than just coping with the physical conditions—it impacts emotional well-being, daily life, and our ability to access joy and rest. This event is a space to connect, share, learn and heal in community.

About the venue: Black Being is a community-based nonprofit organization making the healing of Black people its focus – as an embodied declaration of our inherent worthiness. Their work adamantly prioritizes the wellbeing, lived experiences, leadership, wisdom, and power of Black people in Los Angeles through trauma-conscious practices, programs, and events.

We encourage our community to be mindful of engaging in-person events with safety and communal responsibility in mind. We recognize that the pandemic is not over and many members of our community are immunocompromised. We strongly encourage the use of masks. Please do not attend the event if you are feeling ill. COVID tests and face masks will be available on site.

Complimentary tickets - are for our community members who frankly just ain't got it but are ready and willing to be in the space with others. There's a limited amount and once claimed they are complete for the event.
