HEART SPACE: Ecstatic Dance Journey

A heart-opening evening of movement - heated with cacao, shaking, music and dance. You're invited to join us in an ecstatic journey, starting with self-served cacao and intention setting.
You'll be guided through shaking and somatic movement to warm up your body and prepare your nervous system for movement and release. Then we'll move through a wave of music curated by Alex (KODI8K), and finish in stillness with a sound bath by Laurin, to integrate and balance the practice.
7:00pm Doors Open, Self-serve Cacao
7:15pm Guided Somatic Warm-Up
7:30pm Ecstatic Dance Wave, build to a Peak
8:30pm Stillness + Sound Bath
9pm Conclusion
All are welcome! We dance in socks or barefeet. Bring a refillable water bottle, wear comfy or celebratory clothes you can move in, and you're welcome to bring any meaningful/seasonal items to add to our collective altar. Cacao, mugs, mats, bolsters are all provided.
