Come join me for an evening of painting without any judgement or expectations.
Just time to be, to be playful and let your inner creativity take over and play.
a distraction from the busy minds we walk around with all day, a moment to realise the benefits of painting can have for reducing your stress levels and bringing a sense of calm into your day, without being told to sit still or be silent.
in fact I welcome you to move, make a cuppa/hot chocolate when you need it, talk sing if the mood takes you.
This is not just a painting workshop,
this is me holding space and giving you permission to be free, nobody needs anything from you, just two hours of trusting the process and whatever you create will be perfect for that moment, a body and mind reset that you will welcome.
