You’re warmly invited to Heart + Soul Connection, a welcoming gathering where people often leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected with themselves and those around them.
Due to popular interest, I’m offering another opportunity to experience two simple, grounded practices.
During our time together we’ll explore:

These practices gently awaken the love and light already within you while supporting genuine connection with others.
People who are naturally sensitive to energy, presence, and authentic connection often feel especially at home in this space.
No dogma.
No special abilities required.
