With a background in Psychology and certifications in Somatic Breathwork and trauma-informed healing, Niki creates safe, transformative spaces for personal growth and connection. She helps individuals release stored emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace their authentic selves. Her work empowers people to access their body’s innate wisdom, fostering healing, self-expression, and deeper relationships.
GARRETT GRASSLE - @flowwithgg
Garrett is an embodiment and relationship coach specializing in helping people heal from breakups and rebuild authentic connection with themselves. As an Aura Breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and cellular health advisor with a background in Exercise and Wellness, Garrett brings a holistic approach to emotional healing and personal transformation. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and breathwork, he empowers clients to release trauma, rediscover self-love, and step into their fullest potential.
