"I feel like Tunisia" Dina Ghandour and Lina Nahhas come together again for their yearly Heart-Out retreat, and this time we will be in amid the magic of Tunisia.
Join us on our week-long retreat in the coastal beauty of Hammamet - a soulful escape where movement, history, and rest intertwine. Through light yoga and 5Rhythms conscious dance, we will reconnect with our bodies, while explorations of the ancient ruins of Carthage, the charming town of Sidi Bousaid, the colorful vibes of the old Medina, and serene beaches nearby invite us into deep presence and heart connection. This is a journey of soft expansion, where we honour both stillness and adventure in equal measure.
** Our stay will be in a beautiful retreat centre nestled amid nature, situated on a hilltop with stunning views, and equipped with an infinity pool and several communal rooms - all supporting our journey together.
