Enjoy 90 mins of Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Crystal Sound Bowl Bath. The journey begins with a beautiful meditation to ground and welcome you to your body ❤️ then you will be guided into nurturing Yin postures, where you will be bathed in the sound frequencies of Crystal Sound bowls to deepen your practice, by slowing down brainwaves to a restorative state, which activates the body's self-healing system.
We offer you a space to slow down, relax the physical body and find inner peace. Gently switching from your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating relaxation, reducing stress while gently stretching and restoring. Releasing and letting go of anything that does not serve you.
Bring a mat, Bolster or cushion/pillow and blanket to get cosy in meditation. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle
