Saturday, 2/14 | 1:00 PMJoin me for a deeply nurturing, heart-centered sound experience designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and gently open the heart space.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle breathing sounds to support emotional release and bring awareness into the heart center. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and intuitive frequencies chosen to help you:
• Release stored emotion and tension
• Regulate the nervous system
• Balance the heart chakra
• Restore a sense of safety and inner connection
• Experience deep rest and integration
As you rest, the sounds will support your body in letting go of what it’s been holding and create space to refill with love, resonance, and warmth. We’ll close with gentle humming to fill those open places with love, resonance, and warmth.
