Heart-Opening Sound Bath & Meditation Experience

Join us for an immersive evening of sound, connection, and deep relaxation on March 18 from 5:50 PM – 7:00 PM at The Transgender District (1067 Market Street, San Francisco).

This 70-minute experience will unfold in two intentional parts:

✨ Active Sounding & Connection (20 minutes)
We’ll begin with gentle, guided sound meditation and light vocal toning practices, including softly singing to one another to cultivate grounding, heart-opening connection, and presence. This portion is designed to help you land in your body, release tension, and build a sense of shared community before moving into stillness.

🌙 Passive Sound Bath (40 minutes)
Participants will then lie down or sit comfortably, close their eyes, and receive healing vibrations from didgeridoo, gong, drone flute, hand pans, voice, and other instruments. The layered sounds are designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and a meditative journey inward.

There will be FREE Yoga mats will be available for the first 10 attendees. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.

This offering is open to all levels — no prior meditation or singing experience is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in sound. ✨
