Come rest in a ThanksFORgiving date with your Soul. This will be an opportunity to open your heart to the gentle loving energy of the Divine Mother.
We will enjoy light pranyam, gentle warm ups and stretching, Celestial communication, gratitude dance with the Ho'oponopono, deep relaxation, a heart opening kriya and meditation, yogi tea and more!
Bring your most favorite blanket, sitting pillow, a journal, water and your favorite tea cup. Yoga mats are available for use at the studio.
Wear white and some type of head covering (beanie, scarf, etc) if you'd like to enhance the experience.
