At Heart of Georgia Hospice, we provide comfort and care to patients and their families in the final stages of life.We have been honored to serve as Houston County's sole non-profit, faith-based Hospice program caring for people of all faiths and beliefs since 1985. Heart of Georgia Hospice alleviates financial burdens for terminal patients and their families by promising no bills for our services, prioritizing care and support during this delicate phase of life.
By entering the Heart of Georgia Hospice Golf Tournament, either as a player or sponsor, you will be helping us alleviate those financial burdens patients and their families face and allow us to continue to prioritize care, comfort, and compassion.
