On the second Thursday of each month we invite a guest speaker to our weekly meeting to speak on a a topic that can help other business owners continue to grow and improve in their business and in their life.

Old Oak Cabinetry, Craftsmanship with Roots

Alen White began a company with his brother-in-law Morris in 1969, they called it A&M craft and began building cabinets out of a garage. The company did well but sounded too much like a craft store so the name was changed to Amcraft Cabinets, Amcraft is still in business today run by Austin and Zach's cousin Greg White and His Sons, Alens daughter Lana married Kevin Drew and in 1983 Kevin started Specialty Cabinets & Countertops, all of Kevin's sons were raised working in Specialty and Amcraft, In 2018 Austin joined Specialty beginning in sales and design, Kevin was forced to step back due to health issues and in 2020 Zach joined the company as a partner.

The brothers then decided to relocate to North Idaho and in 2023 made the move to Coeur d'Alene, after a rebranding to Old Oak Cabinetry LLC, they began contracting in spring of 2024.

Austin has a background in sales and service while Zach has extensive experience in construction and production.
