Heart Light Healing Ceremony is a deeply nourishing experience that takes you on a journey through the vortex of your heart using guided meditation, sound medicine, and a heart honoring ceremony.
This ceremony is an opportunity to let go of what has been weighing on your heart, to see yourself & your life experiences through fresh eyes, and to empower you to shine your light even brighter!
Each and every one of our hearts has a story.
This ceremony is an opportunity to make peace with yourself, your past, and all that is - so that you may have more peace within you, allowing you to make more peace within this world.

Heart Light Healing Ceremony includes:
•Heart Honoring Ceremony
•Guided Meditation
•Breathwork
•Aromatherapy (optional)
•Sound Bath
No prior experience is necessary,
all are welcome.
The yoga studio has mats & props, however you are encouraged to bring anything that will make you comfortable while sitting/laying on the floor, including:
-your own yoga mat
-blankets
-pillow/bolster/cushion
-eye pillow / eye mask
-water/tea
-journal/writing utensil
(Journaling will not be instructed, though journaling is always welcomed if you feel called)
