Let the sounds wash over you as you drift into deep rest, reset your nervous system, open your heart, and recharge.
✨💖✨Through this sound journey, we gently settle what we've released, reconnect with our inner heart, and move forward with natural ease.✨💖✨
I will use various instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a beautiful bronze Gong, Frame Drum and many more including my voice.
16:00-17:15 [doors 15:50] Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding, herbal tea and reconnecting before home.
You will leave feeling rested and nurtured.
