Led by the esteemed Cory Bailey-Fernandez, founder of Sage Sanctuary and a skilled sound therapist, this class invites us to unfold our often guarded hearts.
Bring a mug to indulge in the rich, activating properties of ceremonial cacao, known for its ability to open the heart, oxygenate the blood, and boost mood. Savor your cacao as we tune inward and connect back to our own sacred hearts. Next, you'll be guided through an "open heart" meditation that cultivates compassion, love, and gratitude. And finally, immerse yourself in a beautiful, heart centered sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of healing instruments will resonate through your being.
Whether you are flying solo, or in pairs, this class can be enjoyed by all. Come with an open mind and leave with an open heart.
