Heart Healing on World Heart Day

Come as you are and Experience an evening designed to support healing and connection with yourself, others and the world.

This interactive workshop will guide you through exercises focused on forgiveness, acceptance, and compassion for yourself and others.

Event Highlights:

• Opening Circle: With prayer, movement, and connection exercises.
• Cacao Connection: To our own hearts and embracing it's current vibration.
• Discussion: Explore the meaning and understanding of forgiveness and compassion.
• Partner Work: Engage in exercises that encourage deep listening and the release of past burdens.
• Guided Meditation & Journaling Opportunity: Relax and be guided and or an invitation to reflect.
• Ritual: Embrace acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion through a group ritual.
• Closing Circle: Invitation to share your experiences, leave feeling renewed and connected.
• Everyone is Welcome: Come as you are, and leave lighter, more empowered, and full of love.

Cacao, Tea and nibbles will be provided.
Please feel free to bring something to share.

There is a shoes off policy so please bring something warm for your feet or socks, slippers are welcome.
You may also want to bring a journal and a stone or a leaf for the ritual.
