Welcome to the Heart Failure Education and Support Group!

Come join us on the Fourth Friday of each Month at 10:30 AM for a gathering of individuals who are looking to learn more about heart failure and connect with others facing similar challenges.

Location: Education Conference Center Room B

Please use the Main Entrance, located at the front of the hospital. This entrance features a patient drop-off loop for easy identification. The Main Entrance is the most convenient way to access the event. Once inside, the Education Conference Center Room B is directly to the left, down a short hallway. Follow the signs or ask at the front desk for directions.

Come join us for a morning of learning and connecting with others who understand what you're going through. Our group provides a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining knowledge, and finding support. Whether you're a heart failure patient, caregiver, or simply interested in learning more, you're welcome to attend. Let's navigate this journey together and empower each other to live our best lives.
