Join us for a day of all things heart care! We'll have areas with helpful and free resources, screenings and education — all geared toward equipping you to have a healthy heart and life.FREE Health Screening including heart screenings:
-Carotid Artery Ultrasound (a simple test to screen for blockage or narrowing of the Carotid Arteries)

-Height and Weight
