The Wisdom of the Horse

The highlight of our day is the profound experience of being in the presence of the horses. Horses possess a unique physiological gift: their massive, coherent heartbeats naturally invite our own nervous systems into a state of calm and regulation. As we stand in their field, our heartbeats begin to sync with theirs—moving us out of "doing" and into a deep state of "being." In their honest, non-judgmental reflection, we find the courage to see ourselves clearly.
