Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras. This is the fourth of 8 chakra balancing sound baths that Peter will be doing, focusing on indiviual chakras for the first 7 sessions, and finishing with a general chakra balancing session for all.
Root Chakra - Muladhara
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Solar plexus Chakra - Manipura
Heart Chakra - Anahata
Throat Chakra -Vishudda
Third eye Chakra - Ajna
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
Full body Chakra Alignment
This sound session will particularly focus on the heart chakra (Anahata), which is associated with love. Located in the centre of the chest, this chakra is associated with the air element, the colour green and mantra 'YAM'. Governing the ability to love and be loved, when aligned and in balance, it provides you with the ability to love deeply and feel connected to the world around you, and open to all experiences in life. Imbalanced attributes however can manifest as manipulative behaviours, feelings of unworthiness and an inability to trust yourself or others.
If this resonates, then join Peter for this sound bath, where he will use different musical instruments at the frequency of 639hz to resonate directly with the heart chakra.
This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..
Brief schedule below:
5pm- 5:05pm- Introduction / expectation of session
5:05pm - 5:20pm - Guided breath work and relaxation
5:20pm - 6:05pm Sound bath for heart chakra balancing
6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
7pm - Goodbyes
