Teaming up with local heart based intuitive sound healer Nathalie Carden to bring you a lovely evening of meditation & sound

Beginning the evening with a heart chakra infused meditation circle, accompanied with oracle cards, herbal tea & incense to calm the mind & open the heart

Completing the circle with a special sound bath by Nathalie Carson allowing you to go deeper within as you surrender to the loving frequencies of the HEART

💚Please bring your own yoga mat & mug for herbal tea

💚Wear light clothing as it will be warm
