Heart Ceremony with Cacao and Rose

Following the beautiful experience of our first Heart Ceremony with Cacao and Rose in October, we have been inspired to continue to share these medicines together, and our next ceremony will be in January 2025...🥰

🌹 Heart Ceremony with Cacao and Rose at Aum Tree Yoga on Saturday January 11th, at 2pm-5pm

🌹As we step into the new year, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of journeying with the sacred plants Cacao and Rose, with the intention of resetting ourselves after the holidays, aligning with Spirit and bringing healing to our emotional waters, to prepare ourselves for the months ahead.

The ceremony will begin with exercises to get centred and grounded, followed by welcoming in the plant spirits and drinking the sacred Cacao infused with Rose, receiving their warmth and medicine. We will then journey inward with the plant spirits with the support of the sounds of gongs and crystal bowls to receive healing and insights, followed by a sharing circle and space to explore our intentions for the season ahead. Culminating with songs and music to lift our spirits!

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the heart's medicine in a circle. We look forward very much to sharing this experience with you on 11/1/2025 from 2-5pm at Aum Tree Yoga Halesowen, with an exchange of £44 - including your Cacao infused with Rose and nourishing cake 🩷
