Join me for an evening centered around the heart.to create a loving presence and let go. The intention for this 2-hour gathering is to help you connect back home to your heart and align with the energy of love, letting go and softening in.

Whether you’re seeking to open your heart, deepen your intentions, or simply slow down, this sacred pause is the perfect way to lean into the next cycle with love and presence.
Yin Yoga is a practice I hold close to my heart; it is incredible for cultivating inner stillness and can drop you into the deep intelligence and wisdom of your body. It is a beautiful practice for deeper self-inquiry and exploration.
All levels are welcome—come as you are, I would be honoured to share space with you.
