Heart Awakening Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

Immerse yourself in an evening of release, renewal, and deep heart connection, during this intimate in person gathering at Light and Space Ojai!

During this Ceremony, we will be working with and honoring cacao - a gentle heart opening plant medicine that will awaken divine love & reconnect you to your inner wisdom. Traditionally used in ceremony to open the heart and bridge the physical with the spiritual, cacao invites us into presence, connection, and divine love.

During this Cacao Ritual, you will be invited to cultivate a connection to Cacao - through a cacao prayer, music, and heart activation in order to feel it's full effects.

From there, you’ll be guided through a Transformational Breathwork journey designed to clear old emotions, dissolve stagnant energy, and help you step fully into the energy you wish to embody.

About Transformational Breathwork:

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful somatic healing practice that facilitates deep personal transformation by helping us release stuck energy, emotions, and limiting belief systems stored in our bodies. These trapped energies often stem from past experiences, traumas, and old patterns of thought, and they hold us back from reaching our highest potential.

During Transformational Breathwork, we use a conscious, rhythmic 3-part breath to increase oxygen and energy in the body, which disrupts our usual control patterns - the patterns that suppress emotions, hold tension, and keep us in survival mode.

This is when our bodies feel safe to finally feel everything we’ve suppressed, in order to fully release.

Evening Flow:

• Arrivals, opening circle with sharing (10 minutes)
• Introduction to Cacao + Guided Cacao Ritual with a cacao prayer, music, and movement (40 minutes)
• Introduction to Transformational Breathwork (10 min)
• Guided Breathwork Journey with guided somatic releases and an integration period (50 minutes).
• Closing Circle with sharing (10 min)
