Heart Awakening: Guided Meditation + Sound Bath

Embark on a transformative journey to open and heal your heart with this unique experience combining guided meditation and a soothing sound bath. During the session, you will be gently guided by Noel through a meditation that encourages deep relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional release, allowing you to soften and expand your heart energy. As you sink into a state of profound stillness, you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of various healing instruments and crystal singing bowls including chimes, shakers, drums and other resonant instruments that harmonize with the frequency of the heart chakra. These sound waves will help to clear and balance the energy field, promoting emotional healing and spiritual renewal.

Whether you are seeking to heal from past wounds, enhance your capacity for self-love, or open yourself to deeper connections with others, this Heart Awakening journey is a powerful and restorative experience. Come with an open heart and leave feeling balanced, centered, and revitalized.

WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat and water.

WHAT'S PROVIDED: Blocks and Blankets (blankets are limited, first come first serve). Please bring your own blankets if you would like more comfort during the sound bath.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event time to find parking and set up your spot in the studio. This is a journey inward and outward so you may experience emotions that are stirred up by the sound vibrations or meditation. Please know that this is normal and allow whatever comes up to happen.
