About the facilitator:
Jude Lawrence is a facilitator, psychotherapist, and transformational coach with extensive international training in large group facilitation and personal transformation. He works both one-to-one and in group settings, supporting people to deepen self-connection, authenticity, and relational presence.
About the event:
This 3-hour Sunday gathering creates a safe, held group space where you are invited to be deeply felt and clearly seen. Heart Awakening is both a process of reconnecting with yourself and a practice of opening to authentic connection with others.
We begin with gentle embodiment practices and one-to-one connection exercises, gradually building trust and presence. From there, we gather in a seated circle to practice sharing and receiving real, lived experience — emotions, desires, creativity, and truth — as they arise.
Each circle is unique and alive. It may include moments of healing, empowerment, celebration, insight, or skillful intervention. The space is intentionally playful and creative, while being supported by clear structure and compassionate guidelines.

I have witnessed the raw beauty, power, and humanity that emerges in these circles. For me, they have been a profound source of growth, nourishment, and inspiration.
I believe the world deeply needs people who can hold spaces for strong and unpredictable energies — for anger, grief, love, joy, and desire. To awaken through the heart is to meet our full humanity: to feel and be felt at depth, to see and be seen, and to stay present with all that life brings.
