Heart Awakening at The Chapel: Sound Healing & Breathwork

Join Jamie on a meditative sound healing journey in a stunning and acoustically marvelous chapel. Awaken compassion, kindness, and well-being through the loving practice of sound healing and breathwork. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the heart, mind, body and spirit.

This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

This event will be held in a beautiful vineyard resort surrounded by stunning artwork, crystals, sculptures, and sonic labyrinth.
When you arrive, make a left at self parking. Drive until you see a driveway on the right and park anywhere in the parking lot around the area. Walk down the driveway and you will see the chapel, right.

If you have any questions on directions you can check in at the front desk so you can be shown the location of the event.
