Our Retreat provides a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere where you can disconnect from the outside world and connect to your own heart and soul. Through activities which include Yogic Practices, Guided Meditations & Mindfulness, healthy Vegetarian Meals, talks on nutrition, Intention Setting, Mind Mapping, Journaling, Wellness Mindset, Wellness Habits to improve energy and tuning into your own Inner Wisdom to gain clarity and insights into your future possibilities. Will also provide quiet time for inner reflection, Oracle card readings, and labyrinth walk.
Each participant will receive a copy of Carol's book, titled 'But You Look So Well' and journal and special pen for recording your own inner journey.
Retreat Centre is located on the banks of the mighty Murray River in Wellington in a peaceful location. 4 private double rooms are available plus 1 share room.
Investment $555 for private room, $540 for shared room, for entire weekend, including accomodation & meals. $155 deposit required to reserve your spot, balance by 29th March 2025.
