With some in the community facing hardship this season, we will offer a Heart & Harvest yoga event. There is no charge for this class. 🙏
Participants are invited to bring non-perishable food donations to support those in need.🥰

As we cultivate a vibration of giving and receiving that uplifts us all, Katy will lead gentle and nourishing yoga practice designed to open your heart, lift your spirit, and cultivate gratitude.
