Experience a safe, supportive space where you can creatively express yourself, connect with others, and practice self-advocacy. Our workshops help reduce distress, build resilience, foster self-awareness, and open pathways to healing.
How It Works
By combining mindfulness with artistic playfulness, and animal interactions, the program aims to nurture the heart of each heARTists and provide them with the tools to love and express themselves authentically.
heART & animals is designed for those who are struggling with various emotional and mental health challenges, to find healthy outlets for their feelings.
90-Minute Session: $35
Four 90-Minute Sessions: $125
Must register 1 week prior to first session.
