A Yeppoon women’s workshop encompassing�warm connection and personal growth. The workshop will include 6 ebooks (60 pages) encompassing 6 topics, heart-filled connection practices, a sharing circle and a light morning tea.‘Heart Self,’ the 1st module part of an 8 module series, is ~ ‘the value of whole self connection: mind, body, soul, spirit, hurts, feelings, compassion, awareness and aligning with your innate truth and wisdom.’
