HealthyHER is an all ages women’s wellness event, centered on sehat (health), offering expert-led perspectives and engaging discussions on key topics affecting women's health including nutritional deficiencies, reproductive health, early menstrual health, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, pelvic floor health and mental health. Designed to inform, connect, and empower, HealthyHER creates a space for open dialogue and shared learning across every stage of a woman’s health journey.
