Seated exercise has been shown to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and heart health, all while being gentle on the joints and easy to follow at any fitness level.
Osceola County invites senior residents 55+ to participate in Sit & Be Fit, a free, low-impact seated exercise class designed to help you stay active, healthy, and independent.
This class focuses on simple movements that support everyday activities, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.
