It’s been a whole decade of Healthy West Orange Healthy Selfie 5K Your Way, so of course we had to make this year’s T-shirt color bright ORANGE!

Celebrate with us by walking and running our FREE, in-person 5K event on Saturday, September 12 beginning at Orange Technical College West Campus in Ocoee! We'll enjoy completing 3.1 miles along the West Orange Trail as a community. Open to all ages and abilities - you can go at your own pace. Our 5Ks are not timed or competitive.
Participants receive a free race T-shirt and medal to show off their healthy accomplishment! (Quantities are limited, first come - first served)
In-Person 5K Schedule:
7:30am – Sign-in
8:15am – Warm-ups
8:30am – Ready, set, GO!
Can’t make it that day? No worries, we’ve got a virtual option happening all September long! Complete your 5K any way you like, on your own time from September 1-30. Bike the West Orange Trail, hike at Oakland Nature Preserve, rollerblade around your neighborhood, it all counts. If you want to break it up into smaller segments, go for it!
