About Victoria:
Hi, I’m Victoria.
I’m a Deaf woman, a psychotherapist, and director of Deaf4Deaf. For over 17 years I’ve supported deaf people to feel stronger in themselves, heal from trauma, and build better relationships. I love creating safe spaces where deaf women can share, laugh, learn, and support each other.
About the Workshop:
This deaf-led workshop gives you real tools for real life.
We explore how to communicate clearly, set boundaries without guilt, and repair relationships after conflict. You’ll learn how to stay calm under pressure, feel heard, and build healthier connections at home, work, and in the community.
No lectures – this is interactive, visual and empowering. Leave with practical skills you can use immediately.
You will learn:
- How to speak/sign so people listen
- Boundaries that protect your energy
- Simple ways to repair after arguments
- How to stop exclusion and Dinner Table Syndrome
- Body-based tools to feel calm and confident
For all hard-of-hearing, deaf and deafblind women who want healthier relationships, stronger self-respect, and real change.
All sessions will have Live Captions and BSL Interpreters
Deafinitely Women Staff and Volunteers will be there on the day
