Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies; Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies is a lunch symposium to be held in Frassell Hall at the historic Penn Center on St. Helena Island, SC.
It is time for our community to be more aware of the impact that maternal and infant mental health in pregnancy and the first year of life has on the high rates of African American maternal/infant mortality in Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties, and in South Carolina in general.
JOIN us to raise your awareness, learn prevention and support techniques, enjoy self-care and wellness practices, share a deliciously nutritious lunch, receive hands-on healing mini session.
