About this Event

Healthy Love Foundation Evening of Women's Connection & Nourishment

Healthy Love Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to subsidizing couples counselling and educational programs for lower-income individuals and families. Our vision is a future where healthy love is the norm and every couple has the opportunity to thrive.

Because healthy love begins within us and extends outward, this event is for everyone, whether you’re single or in an intimate partnership. Join us for an evening designed to nourish the heart, spark connection, and celebrate love in all its forms.

Tickets

Your ticket includes a thoughtfully curated dining experience, including gratuity. Beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Each ticket also includes entry to win a beautiful self-care prize, with a small portion of proceeds supporting the work of the Healthy Love Foundation.

Agenda

6:30 PM – Doors Open

Guests arrive, grab a drink, and find their seats. Settle in, take a breath, and get comfortable for an evening rooted in connection and intention.

7:00 PM – Gratitude Meditation & Dinner Served

We’ll begin with a short, guided gratitude meditation to help everyone arrive fully and ground into the present moment. Dinner will be served family-style as we ease into the evening together.

7:30 PM – Love Conversations

At each table, you’ll find matching conversation cards. Connect with the neighbour who shares your card and explore thoughtful, playful, and meaningful questions about love, relationships, and alignment.

8:00 PM – Words from the Executive Director

A brief talk from the Executive Director of Healthy Love Foundation on our mission, impact, and why creating healthy love, within ourselves and our relationships, matters now more than ever.

8:30 PM – Self-Care Giveaway & Closing

We’ll close the evening with a self-care giveaway as a small reminder to take this energy of love and intention with you beyond tonight. Thank you for being part of our community.
