About this Event

Small Changes. Better Health. More Energy.

Living well doesn’t have to mean following restrictive diets, spending hours in the gym or completely changing your life.

The Lifestyle Wellness Project brings together people who are interested in improving their everyday health through realistic, science-informed changes to the way we eat, move, sleep, recover and live.

What happens at our sessions?

Each gathering takes a practical look at one or more of the major factors that influence long-term health and wellbeing.

We discuss areas including:

  • Eating well and improving nutrition
  • Physical activity, fitness and everyday movement
  • Getting better quality sleep
  • Managing stress and building resilience
  • Maintaining health as we get older
  • Weight and metabolic health
  • Creating healthier routines that are actually sustainable
  • The importance of social connection and community

Rather than chasing the latest wellness trend, our focus is on understanding what the evidence tells us and translating that into simple things we can use in everyday life.

Come along if you…

Want to feel healthier or have more energy.

Are interested in longevity and healthy ageing.

Would like to understand more about how lifestyle affects long-term health.

Have tried making healthy changes before but found them difficult to maintain.

Or simply enjoy meeting other people who are interested in health and wellbeing.

You don’t need any previous knowledge and you certainly don’t need to be a fitness fanatic. The sessions are designed to be friendly, informative and accessible to everyone.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn something new, take away practical ideas and meet other people interested in living healthier lives.
