Lisa will focus on tips for eating healthy, such as the understanding nutrition labels, the food pyramid, and phytonutrients. Breathing technique, yoga and qi-yoga will also be introduced to help you manage stress and keep a positive mindset, so that you are better equipped to reach your goals.
