Are you ready? It is your year to change your life? If you are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease and have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher, then you may be eligible to participate in Holy Rosary's Healthy Lifestyle program. Eating healthy food and being physically active are good for your health and can help you avoid illnesses, but those things are often easier said than done. The Healthy Lifestyles Program provides the help and support you need to make sustainable lifestyle changes.New sessions begin in January and September. The next upcoming classes begin in September.
Virtual sessions begin Wednesday, September 10th from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. In-person sessions at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, MT begin Thursday, September 11th from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Join from anywhere in southeastern Montana for the virtual option. Group size is limited, and pre-registration is required. Scholarships are available.
