Get ready for a fun-filled day of movement, learning, and family time at Healthy Kids Day at the Shelby County YMCA! This free community event is all about helping kids and families discover the importance of exercise, movement, nutrition, and healthy habits - while having an absolute blast doing it.Join us for an exciting morning packed with games, activities, hands-on fun, and opportunities to connect with local vendors and community partners sharing helpful resources and kid-friendly experiences. Families will also get to enjoy Touch-a-Truck activities, giving kids the chance to explore cool vehicles up close and experience some of their favorite big trucks and equipment in person.
Throughout the event, families can take part in interactive activities designed to keep kids engaged, active, and having fun while learning more about healthy living. From active play to community connection, there will be something for every age and energy level.
Healthy Kids Day is designed to get families moving together, encourage healthy habits, and create a morning full of smiles, laughter, and fun memories at the Y.
