Healthy Kids Day® 2026 is a free, family-friendly community event hosted by the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, designed to inspire kids and families to stay active in body and mind. Join us on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a fun-filled morning of games, fitness activities, nutrition education, STEM experiences, and creative arts.For more than 30 years, Healthy Kids Day has helped families build healthy habits and kick off a safe, active summer. This year’s event will feature interactive booths, local community partners, giveaways, and hands-on activities that support youth development, healthy living, and social connection.
Families across the Treasure Coast are invited to come together, explore new activities, and discover simple ways to stay active and engaged all summer long.
