Healthy Kids Day® is a free, community-wide event that will be held on Friday, April 26 from 10am – 12pm. Our goal and commitment to the community is to raise awareness about health and encourage families to get active.
Get Your Game On! Join us for Healthy Kids Day to try out short sessions of a variety of different sports taught by YMCA staff and collegiate athletes from Rockford University! We will be going through basic skills for basketball, soccer, and football in a family-friendly, fun environment!
This event is free to everyone. Registration is required.
