🌟 The Healthy Kids Day 30 For 30 Challenge is simple — just do 30 minutes of ANY physical activity daily, for 30 days, starting March 19th. You don't even need to be a YMCA participant or member to join the challenge! Registration is FREE & OPEN FOR ALL youth ages 2-17. 🌟 Donate to the YMCA Healthy Kids Challenge & support each kid's journey to health! You can donate as low as $1 a day to $5 a day to participate in the challenge.
