Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s signature national event, dedicated to encouraging kids and families to stay active, make healthy choices, and keep learning all year long. This free, fun-filled day features interactive activities, fitness challenges, educational booths, and games that inspire children to lead healthier, happier lives.Families will enjoy:
