Join us for Healthy Kids Day—a fun, family-friendly event focused on nutrition, health, fitness, safety, and community resources. Families can explore information on healthy eating, exercise, health care services, dental hygiene, chiropractic care, fire safety, and more.Activities will be held throughout the YMCA and outdoors (weather permitting), with plenty of hands-on fun for all ages.
Enjoy an obstacle course, healthy snacks, crafts, inflatables, and more!
