About this Event

Program runs from November 11 - December 30, 2024.

Don’t wait until the new year to start building healthy habits! When faced with the stresses of family, travel, finances, weather, work deadlines and pie, the holiday season can be the hardest time to be mindful of healthy eating. Many will give in to bad habits, but this doesn’t have to be you! The Healthy Holiday Challenge is your opportunity to start or maintain healthful habits that will benefit you year-round. This challenge involves a weekly email providing healthy tools and nutrition tips for the holidays. A registered dietitian will be available throughout the program to help you along the way.

You will also be provided with a weekly challenge log, which, if completed and turned in by Monday, Jan. 6, will enter you into a raffle to win a gift certificate for an integrative health service at the Tevis Center for Wellness in the East Pavilion of Carroll Hospital.
