Healthy Holiday Bootcamp

The holidays are full of family, friends, great food, and great memories, but they aren’t always compatible with a healthy lifestyle.

When the holiday season rolls around, it’s easy to fall of track with healthy eating and exercise that we typically maintain.

Festive parties, coupled with the stress of the holidays, can hinder our overall well-being from November to New Year’s.

This is why we have developed the healthy holiday bootcamp!

The Healthy Holiday Bootcamp will be a 7-week challenge to promote healthier holidays!

You'll still be able to have fun and eat all the yummy foods; however, we'll be giving you tips on how to THRIVE, not just survive, the holidays.

The rules and details of this challenge will be explained on Tuesday, November 12th at 6:30pm.

• We will be providing our favorite healthy recipes that actually taste good (low-carb and vegan options)
• You will get our 10 Tips to THRIVE and not just survive the holidays
