Join us this summer for a brief health lecture on a variety of topics followed by a nature hike with the Rochester naturalist through the Henry Ford boardwalk!
Dates/Topics for Adults or Youth:
- May 6: Adults - What matters most? Mobility and aging. Free blood pressure checks
- May 21: Youth - Free bicycle helmets! Safety, rules of the road
- June 3: Youth - Nutrition/healthy snacks for summer
- July 15: Youth - Storytime with Dr. Arora from RAFM (Rochester Academic Family Medicine). He will be reading "Veer Singh and the Quest of the Golden Apple." First 10 families will receive a free copy.
- August 5: Youth - How to become a stroke superhero (appropriate for ages 5+)
- September 9: Adults - Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathing with Dr. Bhatara from Rochester Academic Family Medicine.
