February is 💞 American Heart Month 💞, and MPRD Fitness is back again with their 🫀 Healthy Heart Expo 🫀! Last year's event was planned for outdoors and unfortunately had to be canceled due to the rain, however, the Fitness Department has planned a variety of exciting indoor activities to make this inaugural event one for the books!Prepare to enjoy a variety of activities to help you improve and maintain your heart health, including fitness classes such as line dancing and Pickleball. 👯♀️🏸 There will also be meal planning sessions, and vendors providing valuable heart health resources.
